Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ek Bharat Yatra, we strive to provide seamless travel experiences. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require cancellations or modifications to your travel plans. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring the best possible resolution for our travelers.

 

How to Seek Cancellation & Refund

If you wish to cancel your booking, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request – Email us at ekbharathyatra@gmail.com or contact our customer support at 97111 23 891  with your booking details.
  2. Verification – Our team will verify your request and confirm cancellation eligibility as per our policy
  3. Refund Processing – If eligible, refunds will be processed within 07 business days to your original payment method.

General Guidelines for Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation by Traveler:

  • Before 30 Days of Travel: 100% refund (excluding processing fees, if any).
  • 15-30 Days Before Travel: 50% refund of the total package cost.
  • Less than 15 Days Before Travel: No refund applicable.
  • No Show: No refund will be provided for no-shows or failure to board on time.

Cancellation by Ek Bharat Yatra:

  • In rare cases where we must cancel a trip due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns):
  • Travelers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule their trip.

Refund Timelines & Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Payments made via credit/debit cards or UPI will be refunded to the original account.
  • Processing fees, bank charges, or non-refundable deposits may be deducted where applicable.

Modifications & Rescheduling:

  • Requests for date changes will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Certain bookings (e.g., flight tickets, hotel reservations) may have separate cancellation policies as per third-party providers.

Important Notes:

  • Refund policies may vary for special promotions, group bookings, or peak season trips.
  • Ek Bharat Yatra is not responsible for third-party cancellations (flights, hotels, etc.)
  • Travelers are advised to review all terms before booking to avoid inconveniences.
